Where to enter the promo code in Genshin Impact
In Genshin Impact, there are special promotional codes for various gifts: source stones, adventure points, and pestilence – the local currency.
You need to activate the promotional code in Genshin Impact on the official website. To do this, you need to reach the 10th rank. Make sure you have linked your account and selected the right character. The reward will be sent to the in-game mail. One code can only be used once per account.
If you’re playing on PC, use the following options. The first option is to add code inside the game. Go to the “Account” tab in the game settings click “Get promo code” there. In the field that appears enter the code and click “Exchange.” Next, go to the in-game mail and pick up bonuses.
The second option is to visit this page. Just to get started, get at least 10 adventure ranks; otherwise, nothing will work. In the window that opens, select the server, enter the name of the character and indicate the code you want to activate. Next, click on the “Activate” button. After that, pick up a gift on the in-game mail.
But on PS4 and PS5, activate the code in the options menu. Look for the gear icon there, and then look for “Account” at the bottom of the interface. Click on this item and select “Redeem Code.” Enter the promo code and confirm the action. Bonuses will be sent to your in-game mail – pick them up there.
Please note that promo codes are valid for certain regions. Promo codes for the Genshin Impact European server, the North American server, and the Southeast Asia server have released their promo codes.
